E-learning je často vnímán jako současné téma s velkým potenciálem do budoucna. Nahlížíme-li však toto téma pedagogickým úhlem pohledu, pak nelze jednoduše přehlédnout minulost a tradici ve vzdělávání, která může být zdrojem zajímavých poznatků či inspirací k přemýšlení. V první části přednášky se proto věnuji minulosti, kde ukazuji některé pedagogické názory či teorie, které svým způsobem spoluvytvářejí tradici (na niž lze stavět i v budoucnosti). V další části textu se zaměřuji na současnost, přičemž se věnuji klíčovým aktérům e-learningu – učiteli a studentovi. Na základě českých i zahraničních výzkumů ukázuji problematiku e-learningu z poněkud jiného úhlu pohledu než bývá běžné. V závěrečné části věnuji pozornost budoucnosti, kterou je ale možné jen stěží přesně předpovídat. Je však možné alespoň naznačit budoucí trendy v e-learningu. Některé z nich lze souhrnně označit jako tzv. mizející „e“.

 

E–learning is often perceived as a contemporary theme with a great potential for the future. Studying this issue from the pedagogical point of view we simply can not ignore the history and tradition in education, which can be a source of interesting insights and inspiration to think about. Therefore in the first part of the paper the author pays attention to the history – this part shows that the history of implementation of computer technologies into education contains both origins and principles valid till the present day. The next section focuses on the present describing the key stakeholders of e-learning – the teacher and the student. On the basis of Czech and foreign researches the author shows e-learning issues from a somewhat different perspective than usual. In the conclusion the author points out an important trend within the context of the discussion of the future of e-learning – he refers to it as “the disappearance of the e”. Technologies have been integrated into education and more and more emphasis is put on their efficient use while purely technological considerations are viewed as secondary.
